Rieti opens European Under-18 volunteer applications

Rieti opened volunteer applications six months before the European Under-18 Athletics Championships. The competition was scheduled for 16–19 July at the Raul Guidobaldi stadium, bringing leading young European athletes to the Italian city.
The recruitment campaign invited applicants to help across multiple operational areas, including accreditation, transport, media and sustainability. Organisers published an application form with descriptions of the available roles and participation requirements.
The January announcement established the start of recruitment and the championship dates. Volunteer selection and eventual staffing totals were still separate matters. The programme offered a route into event operations alongside the sporting competition.
