Masters rowing platform partnership extends to 2028

World Rowing confirmed that its partnership with RegattaCentral would continue through 2028. The February announcement addressed digital services for Masters athletes, clubs and event organisers.

The World Rowing Masters Portal had launched in 2024 and became mandatory for participants at the 2025 regatta in Banyoles. Its membership platform lets rowers manage profiles, verify identity, declare represented clubs and access historical results.

The partners planned further profile, club and registration improvements. World Rowing attributed smoother accreditation processing at Banyoles to the mandatory verification system, but did not provide a numerical efficiency study in the announcement. The new commitment concerns the partnership’s continuation and platform development; it should not be mistaken for a new launch of a service already in use.
