Seven Challenger Cup quarterfinal places settled
Galatasaray, Sliema and San Giljan recorded decisive wins on the second day.

Seven men’s Challenger Cup quarterfinal places were secured on the second day of round two. Galatasaray defeated Carouge 28–4 after a 9–0 opening quarter, a result that also confirmed Enka’s progression from the Istanbul group following its earlier victory.
Sliema beat Espoo 23–14, extending its lead with three goals after halftime. San Giljan defeated Banja Luka 27–2 and did not concede during the second half, giving both Maltese clubs places in the Final Eight.
Vitoria overcame Heybeliada 11–9 with a scoreless defensive fourth quarter to secure first place in its group. The remaining berth would be decided between Heybeliada and Mouscronnois on the final day, while Zaibas and Maribor were also among the seven qualified clubs.
