Ethnikos’s narrow win left Polar Bears and Lille contesting the last place.

Seven women’s Euro Cup quarterfinal places were confirmed with one group fixture still required to complete the field. Ethnikos, Barceloneta, Glyfada, Trieste, Catalunya, BVSC and Padova advanced, leaving Polar Bears and Lille to decide the final berth.
Ethnikos defeated Polar Bears 13–12 in Ede after recovering from an early 5–3 deficit with six unanswered goals. The Dutch hosts later drew level, but Chatzikyriakaki scored the winner with fifty-two seconds remaining to preserve the Greek club’s perfect record.
Barceloneta beat Grand Nancy 29–6 and Glyfada defeated Hapoel 18–8. Trieste’s 13–5 victory over Kerulet the previous day also contributed to the settled qualification picture, while the remaining Dutch–French encounter would determine the eighth quarterfinalist.
