Thea Louise Stjernesund described her development from short slopes outside Oslo to World Cup giant slalom competition in a new Alpine Pulse episode. The Norwegian reflected on early races near the bottom of the standings and the persistence needed to continue her career.
She linked growing confidence to physical preparation and extensive training, while acknowledging that excessive workload sometimes reduced the quality of her skiing. Stjernesund also discussed how repeated narrow fourth-place finishes influenced her experience before the Olympics brought a different outcome.
