Source publication date:
European Aquatics confirmed Paris as host of the Swim Safe Europe annual conference on 7 and 8 August. The meeting will run alongside the European Aquatics Championships and allow in-person and remote participation, with professional streaming dependent on sufficient online registrations.
The programme brings together federation leaders, researchers, coaches, practitioners and industry representatives to discuss learn-to-swim strategies, drowning prevention, youth retention and teaching innovation. The first day focuses on capacity development and storytelling, with scientific exchange and partnerships following on the second.
An ambassadors’ panel and AquaSafe Kids roundtable are planned to connect research with practical delivery. Details of speakers, registration and the specific venue will follow, with the announcement establishing the conference dates, host city and central programme themes.
