Szudi and Nagy win seven-game Hungarian title finals
Ádám Szudi completed a treble while seventeen-year-old Judit Nagy claimed her first senior singles crown.

Ádám Szudi and Judit Nagy won the singles titles at Hungary’s 109th national championships in Mosonmagyaróvár. Szudi defeated defending champion Csaba András in seven games, securing his sixth national crown after a final that swung sharply between the players.
Szudi led 3–0 before András recovered, saving six match points in the fifth game and eventually forcing a decider. In the women’s final, seventeen-year-old Nagy came from behind to beat Georgina Póta 4–3 for her first senior national title.
Nagy had beaten her twin sister Rebeka in the semifinals. Szudi also won men’s doubles with Nándor Ecseki and mixed doubles with Szandra Pergel. Bernadett Bálint and Mercédesz Nagyváradi retained women’s doubles for a fourth consecutive year.
