New Zealand defeated Guam 99–67 to finish the second men's World Cup qualifying window with two wins. The Tall Blacks established control through defensive pressure and took a seventeen point advantage into half-time at UOG Calvo Fieldhouse.

Jack Andrew led the visitors with twenty points and nine rebounds, including six on the offensive glass. Keanu Rasmussen scored fourteen in his second national team game, while Taylor Britt contributed nine points, eight rebounds and eight assists.

Every New Zealand player scored, with Jackson Ball's late free throws completing the team tally. Coach Judd Flavell praised the defensive approach and the integration of arriving players. The next qualifying window was set for July, when New Zealand would host the Philippines and Guam in Auckland.
