Athletics Ireland announced that its 11 February Track and Field Live meeting had sold out with 400 participants across 55 races. The federation published operational updates for the event at the National Indoor Athletics Arena, including the introduction of paced lighting across every race.
The timetable was revised to accommodate the elite women’s 800m. Elite races also included 60m, men’s and women’s 400m, men’s 800m and a mile aimed at sub-four-minute performances, with final fields still to be confirmed.
Admission was free, with doors opening at 5pm and athlete-number collection available from that time. Participants were instructed to check in at least ten minutes before racing, and organisers confirmed that late entries or event swaps were unavailable.
