Ustabasi hat-trick leads Fylde’s five-goal win
Spennymoor conceded inside eighteen seconds at Mill Farm.
Source publication date:
AFC Fylde defeated Spennymoor Town 5–0 at Mill Farm, with Jon Ustabasi scoring a hat-trick. Danny Ormerod opened the scoring just eighteen seconds after kickoff, setting the tone for an emphatic home performance.
Ustabasi added the second in the sixth minute with a shot from the edge of the area. Spennymoor had a chance through Glen Taylor before the interval, but could not reduce the deficit during the first half.
A Dan Jones own goal extended Fylde's advantage after the restart. Ustabasi then converted Ormerod's delivery before finishing another move in the 67th minute to complete his treble. Brad James saved further efforts, while Spennymoor's limited opportunities were insufficient to change the result.
