Franjo von Allmen won Olympic men’s super-G in Bormio, completing a run of three gold medals in six days. The Swiss skier added the title to his earlier downhill victory and team combined gold with Tanguy Nef.
Ryan Cochran-Siegle took silver for the United States, repeating his medal position from Beijing 2022. Switzerland’s Marco Odermatt claimed bronze, his second medal of the Games after sharing team combined silver with Loïc Meillard.
Von Allmen became the third male alpine skier to win three titles at one Winter Olympics, and the first since 1968. The super-G result extended his unbeaten medal-event record during his Olympic debut, with Switzerland taking two places on the podium.
