World Boxing endorsed applications from the national boxing federations of Benin, Mali, Moldova and St Lucia. The latest additions increased membership to 159 federations, with 35 holding endorsed status alongside 123 full members and one associate member.

The four bodies were approved after completing checks on their statutes and operating processes. These covered transparent elections, recognised anti-doping arrangements and an appeals process that was independent or included external input, establishing the required governance foundation for endorsement.

Endorsed members could enter World Boxing competitions but were not yet entitled to vote at Congress. Ratification at the 2026 Congress would be needed to obtain full membership, with voting rights beginning at the subsequent Congress in 2027.
