World Squash launched the first stage of its revised Quality Programme, covering court flooring. The framework is designed to give accredited products a consistent set of global requirements for performance, safety and compliance, strengthening the meaning of federation approval across facilities worldwide.

Sports Labs was appointed as the independent technical services provider. Its role brings testing, certification and quality-assurance expertise into the accreditation process, with previous experience supporting other international sports bodies including FIFA, FIBA and World Rugby.

The programme will be introduced in stages, with flooring the first completed category. Manufacturers of accredited products can display the World Squash logo as evidence that their products meet the independent requirements established by the federation.
