UEFA’s 50th Congress sets a new European football agenda
Member associations met in Brussels as UEFA addressed unity, supporter interests and an agreement involving European Football Clubs and Real Madrid.
Delegates from UEFA’s member associations gathered in Brussels for the confederation’s 50th Ordinary Congress. President Aleksander Čeferin’s address placed fans, players and communities at the centre of the organisation’s direction.
The Congress also provided the governance setting for UEFA’s agreement with European Football Clubs and Real Madrid, linking institutional negotiation with the future structure of European club football.
