Copa América Futsal starts with ten South American teams
The continental tournament opened in Luque, Paraguay, with Brazil and Colombia drawing 2-2 on the first day.

The 2026 CONMEBOL Copa América Futsal began on 24 January at the COP Arena–Óscar Harrison in Luque. Ten South American national teams entered a group stage followed by placement and medal matches.
Defending champion Brazil opened with a 2-2 draw against Colombia. The event continued through 1 February, when Brazil retained the title; the organiser's complete results remain linked below.
