Zhu Yuling and Lin Yun-Ju open the WTT Champions season on top
Zhu beat Chen Xingtong 4-2 and Lin swept Jang Woojin 4-0 as the first WTT Champions event of 2026 concluded in Doha.

Zhu Yuling defeated Chen Xingtong 4-2 in the women's singles final at WTT Champions Doha, recovering from two games to one down to close 5-11, 13-11, 3-11, 11-7, 11-8, 13-11. It was Zhu's first WTT Champions crown.
Lin Yun-Ju won the men's title with a 4-0 victory over Jang Woojin, taking the final 11-7, 11-9, 11-9, 13-11. The five-day event at Lusail launched the 2026 WTT Champions calendar with two comeback narratives and direct ranking consequences.
