How it unfolded
Viktor Tchikoulaev scored eight for Portugal, while Eduardo Coelho and Rui Rocha added seven each, combining for 22 of the team’s 30 goals. Eivind Ellingsen, Jan Thomas Lauritzen and Geir Oustorp each scored five for Norway. Norway converted five of six seven-metre throws and Portugal two from three. The official attendance was 100.
