Algeria tops the 2026 African judo individual medal table
Algeria won four titles in Nairobi as 261 judoka from 35 nations contested the continental championships.

Algeria finished first in the individual medal standings at the 2026 African Senior Judo Championships in Nairobi. The IJF’s final table records four Algerian gold medals, one silver and four bronzes.
Tunisia ranked second with three golds, two silvers and two bronzes. Egypt placed third with two golds and four silvers, ahead of Angola and Morocco, which also won two titles each.
