Alpine unveiled the A526 at a Barcelona launch, giving supporters a first look at the car and livery for the new Formula 1 season. The team retained its blue and pink colours after the machine had already completed a filming day at Silverstone.

Pierre Gasly and Franco Colapinto continue as drivers. The team’s biggest technical change is its move from Renault engines to Mercedes power units and gearboxes, alongside the wider chassis and aerodynamic changes affecting the entire championship.

Alpine finished last in the 2025 constructors’ standings with 22 points and redirected development resources early towards the new car. The Barcelona presentation preceded the private shakedown week, where the team would begin assessing its revised package on track.
