Asal and El Hammamy lead El Gouna draws
The April Platinum tournament names 32-player men’s and women’s fields for its season-ending major.

Mostafa Asal and Hania El Hammamy led the released draws for the El Gouna International Squash Open. The final Platinum tournament of the season was scheduled for 4–10 April, with 32 players in each field and action at two venues in the Egyptian resort.
Asal, the defending men’s champion and a two-time winner, was drawn against Curtis Malik in his opening match. Paul Coll followed as second seed, while Karim Gawad and Diego Elias completed the leading four men’s entries.
El Hammamy was paired with Indian teenager Anahat Singh in round one. Nour ElSherbini, a two-time El Gouna champion, joined Amina Orfi and Olivia Weaver among the main challengers in the women’s draw.
