Bankes and Ulbricht secure snowboard cross season titles
Bankes won the Canadian final while Lambert’s victory left Ulbricht second overall on the day.

Charlotte Bankes won the final snowboard cross World Cup in Mont-Sainte-Anne and secured her third Crystal Globe. She had already made the title certain by reaching the big final after her closest rivals were eliminated, then beat Chloé Trespeuch and Sina Siegenthaler for her twenty-eighth individual victory.
Adam Lambert won the men’s final ahead of Leon Ulbricht, but the German’s second place secured his first overall globe. Ulbricht entered the weekend with a one-point lead and benefited when challenger Aidan Chollet was eliminated in the quarterfinals.
Evan Bichon earned his first World Cup podium through third in the men’s race. France won the Nations Cup, while Jonas Chollet and Lisa Francesia Boirai received rookie awards.
