Barcelona defeated Real Oviedo 3-0 at the Spotify Camp Nou and maintained a one-point lead over Real Madrid in La Liga. The visitors reached the interval level, but Barcelona took control through three second-half goals.
Dani Olmo and Raphinha capitalised on defensive mistakes to break the deadlock and extend the advantage. Lamine Yamal added the third with an acrobatic finish, rounding off the scoring against the team at the bottom of the league.
The match became increasingly difficult to play as the rain intensified and hail arrived near the end. Barcelona nevertheless completed the win in their first home fixture of 2026, returning to the stadium after an extended sequence of away and neutral-ground matches.
