Barcelona beat Slavia Prague 4-2 to strengthen their position in the Champions League league phase. Fermín López scored twice in the first half, while Dani Olmo and Robert Lewandowski supplied the second-half goals that settled the contest.
Slavia struck first following a corner and levelled at 2-2 when Lewandowski headed another corner into his own net. Olmo restored Barcelona’s lead after replacing Pedri, who left the game with an apparent muscle problem.
Lewandowski then converted a delivery from substitute Marcus Rashford to complete the scoring. Barcelona’s report placed the team ninth, among eight sides on 13 points, with a final home match against Copenhagen remaining in their attempt to qualify directly for the last sixteen.
