National biathlon federations shared development and sustainability projects through an IBU presentation series. Norway’s contribution focused on recruitment through schools, while Ukraine presented its Biathlon 4 All initiative. Slovenia and Sweden examined how athletes could move into new roles after their competitive careers.
Spain described partnerships with Slovenia, Czechia and Italy, and the United States presented cooperation with Canada. An Otepää organiser outlined a sustainability project, adding an event delivery example to the federation development discussions and cross-border cooperation proposals.
Britain contributed work on identifying and training para athletes. The federation made presentations and recordings from the Development Info Day and best practices webinar available through its Academy learning platform and Development Hub for wider use.
