Katie Boulter won the Ostrava title by defeating Tamara Korpatsch 5–7, 6–2, 6–1 in one hour and fifty-nine minutes. The British player recovered after losing the opening set and conceded only three games across the final two sets to collect her fourth tour singles championship.

Boulter broke first in the ninth game, but Korpatsch immediately responded and won the next three games. A break in the third game of the second set then gave Boulter an advantage she maintained through the remainder of the match.

The victory was her second hard-court title after San Diego in 2024, alongside two Nottingham grass-court crowns. It was also set to return Boulter to the top hundred after her November drop.
