Broch and Kavtičnik announced for player nutrition education session
The Respect Your Talent ambassadors will discuss muscle support and practical training-day nutrition.

EHF announced an online Respect Your Talent session led by Yvette Broch and Vid Kavtičnik on muscle support and nutrition. Scheduled for 12 March at 20:30 CET, the event was available through registration in the programme's app.
The planned discussion covered meal frequency, snacks for handball players, combinations of protein and carbohydrates, and practical examples for training days. The ambassadors would also address common mistakes affecting recovery and muscle development, drawing on their long careers in elite handball.
Broch won three women's Champions League titles and international medals with the Netherlands, while Kavtičnik won two men's continental club titles and medals for Slovenia. The session forms part of a broader education programme covering topics including mental health, sports law, media and anti-doping.
