Bula and South Island United drew 0-0 at the Home of the Matildas in Melbourne. The catch-up match from Round One moved South Island into fourth place in the OFC Pro League table, while Bula remained seventh.
South Island created the stronger early chances, with David Yoo hitting a post and Adam Supyk clearing a corner off the line. Bula struggled to sustain possession but threatened on the counterattack, including a chance for teenager Maikah Dau before half-time.
Matthew Foord kept out Ryan Feutz’s free kick with an important second-half save. At the other end, Steven Van Dijk denied Kaile Auvray in injury time, ensuring that neither side could turn its best late opportunity into a winning goal.
