Bula recovered from two goals behind to beat South Island United 3-2 at Honiara’s National Stadium. The Fijian club scored all three goals after the interval, moving above their opponents and into third place in the OFC Pro League standings.

David Yoo opened the scoring before Rovu Boyers doubled South Island’s advantage with a header. Bula responded through Thomas Dunn, whose finish from Sterling Vasconcellos’s delivery revived the contest, while VAR later cancelled a potential third goal for South Island.

Roy Krishna converted a stoppage-time penalty after a handball to bring Bula level. Scott Wara then produced an overhead kick in the eleventh added minute, securing the win before Bula’s forthcoming round on home soil in Fiji.
