Enzo Fernández scored in the second minute of added time as Chelsea beat West Ham United 3–2 at Stamford Bridge. Jarrod Bowen and Crysencio Summerville had put the visitors two goals ahead before the interval.

Liam Rosenior introduced João Pedro, Marc Cucurella and Wesley Fofana at half-time. Pedro headed in Fofana’s cross in the fifty-seventh minute, and Cucurella equalised after Liam Delap’s header struck the crossbar.

Pedro supplied Fernández for the winner. Jean-Clair Todibo was subsequently dismissed for violent conduct during a late altercation. It was Chelsea’s first Premier League victory after trailing by at least two goals at half-time.
