Spain’s women collected a shootout bonus against Germany while England’s men beat Spain.

China’s women produced a late comeback to defeat England in Yunfu as the Pro League continued across China and Spain. The hosts’ recovery was the headline result of a day that also contained a women’s draw and an English men’s regulation victory.
Spain’s women finished level at 1–1 with Germany in Valencia and then won the shootout to collect the bonus point. The Spanish men had a different outcome, losing 3–1 against an England side that maintained a disciplined performance.
Sam Hooper opened England’s scoring with an accurate fifth-minute drag-flick, before Marc Miralles equalised for Spain. England subsequently regained control and secured the regulation result, giving the national teams contrasting returns from the same day’s fixtures across the two locations.
