Claro joins Colombia’s national-team partners
The agreement covers men, women, youth and futsal teams.
Source publication date:
Claro Colombia and the Colombian federation formalised an agreement making the telecommunications company an official national-team partner. Announced in Bogotá, the partnership covered senior men’s and women’s teams, youth categories, futsal and beach soccer rather than a single squad.
The partners described Claro as the national teams’ official signal and linked the agreement to connecting supporters with the players. Company president Rodrigo de Gusmao and federation president Ramón Jesurun presented the alliance during preparations for several forthcoming international tournaments.
The federation pointed to the men’s World Cup, the Women’s Under-20 World Cup in Poland and both South American under-17 competitions among those commitments. The agreement was also connected to the women’s Nations League campaign toward the 2027 World Cup.
