Doha reshapes rankings as Mboko enters top ten
Muchova, Sakkari and Cocciaretto climbed after the season’s first WTA 1000 event.

Victoria Mboko entered the WTA top ten at number ten in the ranking update following Doha. The nineteen-year-old’s rise put two teenagers in that group for the first time since 2009, joining Mirra Andreeva after moving up three places.
Doha champion Karolina Muchova climbed eight positions to eleventh. Maria Sakkari rose eighteen places to thirty-fourth and Elisabetta Cocciaretto seventeen to fortieth, returning both players to the top fifty after their successful tournament runs.
Alina Korneeva reached number 131 after winning her first WTA 125 title in Oeiras. Comeback players Karolina Pliskova and Vera Zvonareva also made large gains, while Tereza Valentova reached a career-high forty-third and Darja Vidmanova climbed to 123.
