Josef scores fifteen as Czechia finish their campaign with a win
Czechia and Ukraine finished 38–29 in Bærum.

Czechia defeated Ukraine 38–29 in their final European Championship group C match in Bærum. Both sides were already eliminated from the main-round race, but Czechia secured third place and a berth in the third phase of qualification for the next World Championship.
Jonáš Josef and Dominik Solák combined for eleven first-half goals, helping Czechia lead 17–14 at the break. The Czech defence then allowed only four goals in the first fifteen minutes of the second half, steadily widening the difference.
Josef finished with fifteen goals from eighteen attempts and received the player-of-the-match award. Ukraine left with no points, extending a European Championship losing sequence to fifteen matches and continuing a wait for victory dating to 2006.
