El Nino completes Europe Cup semifinal qualification
A second team victory against Hoboken maintained the Prague club’s pursuit of another final.

El Nino Praha reached the men’s Europe Cup semifinals by defeating Sokah Hoboken 3–2 in the home return leg. The Czech club had already won 3–0 in Belgium, but faced a much closer second encounter before completing another victory in the quarterfinal tie.
Tomas Konecny edged Olav Kosolosky in five games to open the return. Quentin Robinot levelled against David Reitspies, and Yevhen Pryshchepa restored the home advantage by defeating Cedric Flebus in straight games.
Robinot beat Martin Sip to force a fifth match, where Reitspies defeated Kosolosky 3–0. The result secured a second consecutive semifinal appearance for El Nino, which had finished runner-up in the preceding season’s competition.
