Estonia won the women's Division III Group B world championship on home ice in Kohtla-Järve, earning promotion to Group A for 2027. The hosts collected fifteen points and scored 37 goals, improving on their bronze medal finish a year earlier.

Aleksandra Stolyarova led the tournament with fourteen goals and six assists and received the best forward award. Estonia's goalkeeping pair of Sofia Salamatina and Uljana Jeggi conceded only three goals across the championship, with Salamatina recognised as the top goalkeeper.

Bosnia and Herzegovina took silver with twelve points. South Africa secured bronze by defeating Israel 3–1 on the final day, and its Donne von Doesburgh won the best defender award. Israel, the Philippines and Singapore completed the six team standings.
