The men’s last-sixteen ties also include Savona versus Marseille and Barcelona against Radnicki.
Source publication date:
The men’s Euro Cup last-sixteen draw paired Vasas with BVSC in an all-Hungarian contest. Savona will meet Marseille, Barcelona will face Radnicki, and Sabadell will play Šabac, creating several ties involving clubs arriving from the Champions League alongside Euro Cup group qualifiers.
Panathinaikos were drawn against Jadran Herceg Novi, Oradea against Terrassa, Primorac Kotor against Jug Dubrovnik, and Szolnok against Jadran Split. The eight pairings determine which teams advance to the quarter-finals through two-leg knockout contests.
The draw moved the competition into its next phase after the group stage concluded. Savona and Marseille had both contested the previous Champions League quarter-final stage, while Radnicki’s new campaign began with a Spanish opponent after falling short in that competition.
