Aron Fahrni won both men’s upper limb snowboard cross races at Big White to secure the discipline’s World Cup globe. The Swiss rider entered the Canadian weekend five points behind Jacopo Luchini, who finished second in each race.

The two victories reversed their championship order and left Fahrni with a 161-point lead in the wider overall standings before the concluding banked slalom competitions. James Barnes-Miller and Dean van Kooij took the respective third places across the two race days.

In men’s lower limb one, Tyler Turner won the opening race ahead of Noah Elliott and Mike Schultz. Elliott reversed the first two places on Sunday and clinched both the snowboard cross and overall titles.
