France and Norway close IBU Cup with mixed relay wins
Lake Placid’s final races confirmed French dominance across the team season standings.

France won the mixed relay and Norway took the single mixed relay at the IBU Cup season finale in Lake Placid. The French quartet of Gilonne Guigonnat, Voldiya Galmace Paulin, Gaetan Paturel and Damien Levet used seven spare rounds to complete its race in 1:05:52.5.
Norway finished second in the mixed relay, 56.4 seconds behind after three penalty loops and twelve spares. Germany placed third at 2:10.1 with two penalties. In the separate single mixed event, Karoline Erdal and Martin Nevland won for Norway in 40:32.7.
Austria edged Germany by one-tenth of a second for the remaining single mixed podium positions. France secured both men’s and women’s IBU Cup relay and Nations Cup season standings.
