Elif Gokkir defeated 2023 world champion Marie Horackova in the Spring Arrows women’s recurve final in Antalya. The Czech archer opened with a perfect 30, but two tied sets brought the match level before Gokkir took control.
Gokkir shot 30 in the fourth set and won the fifth 28–26. It was the 19-year-old’s second individual international gold, after the 2024 Conquest Cup, and followed her first World Cup medals earlier in April in Puebla.
Gokkir also partnered Berkay Akkoyun to mixed team gold, beating Great Britain’s Megan Costall and Alex Sillitoe Price 5–4. Italy’s Lorenzo Gubbini defended his individual and men’s team compound titles and added mixed bronze.
