The IBU published audience data from Milano Cortina showing substantial broadcast reach and growth across its digital channels. Germany’s ZDF drew 6.638 million viewers for the mixed relay, while France 2 peaked at 6.5 million during the women’s mass start, according to the federation’s figures.

Its February digital content generated 448 million impressions, more than 313 million video views and over fifteen million engagements. The IBU reported follower growth to 840,000 and forty million additional video views through content produced with athletes and shared on their channels.

The website and app attracted 850,000 unique users, with nearly sixty-five million interactions. More than 170,000 biathlon tickets were sold, representing approximately thirteen percent of all ticket sales at the Games.
