ICC TV announced its commentary panel and production arrangements for the Men’s T20 World Cup in India and Sri Lanka. Six crews across eight venues would use eight broadcast kits and up to 45 cameras, supported by approximately 720 professionals from more than 20 nationalities.
Ravi Shastri, Nasser Hussain, Ian Smith and Ian Bishop were among the leading commentators. Angelo Mathews and Temba Bavuma were named for their ICC TV commentary debuts. JioStar provided production services and NEP equipment services for the coverage.
The federation also introduced Pitchview and Skillview, developed with Quidich Innovation Labs and WTVision. The graphics were designed to explain pitch conditions, execution and tactical decisions, alongside ball tracking, field-position models and data supplied by CricViz.
