India and Pakistan strengthen semi-final claims
Malhotra’s century and Subhan’s four wickets shaped their Super Six victories.

India defeated Zimbabwe by 204 runs to reclaim the lead in its Under-19 World Cup Super Six group. Vihaan Malhotra scored the team’s first century of the tournament and Abhigyan Kundu made 61 as India reached 352 for eight.
Ayush Mhatre and Udhav Mohan each took three wickets, helping dismiss Zimbabwe for 148 despite Leeroy Chiwaula’s half-century. The result left India well placed ahead of its final meeting with Pakistan.
Pakistan kept its own semi-final chances alive by beating New Zealand by eight wickets. Abdul Subhan took four for eleven and Ali Raza three for 36, restricting the opposition to 110. Sameer Minhas then scored an unbeaten 76 as Pakistan completed the chase in 17.1 overs.
