JOAD nationals will incorporate Youth Olympic Games team trials
Lincoln’s July youth championships add a selection pathway for under-18 recurve archers.

USA Archery opened registration for the JOAD Target Nationals and JOAD U.S. Open in Lincoln, Nebraska, on 22–26 July. The championship programme at Lincoln Sports Foundation will also host United States team trials for the Youth Olympic Games in Dakar.
Young competitors can enter recurve, compound, barebow and fixed pin divisions. The JOAD U.S. Open includes elimination rounds, while the opening Bullseye Bonanza celebration will welcome athletes, coaches and families before the main competition.
Athletes seeking Youth Olympic selection must enter both national events in the recurve under-18 division and register separately for the team trials. USA Archery published selection procedures alongside event information and credential registration, giving aspiring international competitors the requirements for taking part in the Lincoln selection process.
