Kwong and Stepan enter junior ratings top ten
The February update keeps Orfi and Zakaria at the head of the global junior lists.
Source publication date:
Ena Kwong and Martin Stepan moved into the top ten of the February World Junior Ratings. The system, developed through a partnership between World Squash and SquashLevels, measures playing level for competitors aged under nineteen and provides a reference for coaches and national federations.
Hong Kong’s Kwong climbed two positions after a January that included a top-sixteen finish at the British Junior Open and a quarterfinal in the SRFI Indian Tour. She moved past Egypt’s Malika Elkaraksy in the update.
Czechia’s Stepan also gained two places, reaching tenth after quarterfinal and semifinal results during January. World junior champions Amina Orfi and Mohamad Zakaria remained at the top of the respective ratings.
