Masters artistic swimming judges face mandatory online training
An eight-hour course and test will be required for the 2026 European judges list.
Source publication date:
European Aquatics published details of mandatory online training for officials seeking to judge Masters artistic swimming events in 2026. The eight-hour course will take place on 10 and 12 April through the academy platform, with registration closing on 1 April and a forty-euro participation fee.
Candidates must complete the course and pass its test, available from 12 to 30 April, to enter the European Masters judges list. The requirement also applies to judges already listed by World Aquatics or European Aquatics for other artistic swimming competitions.
The training addresses the different judging principles used in Masters routines. It is a separate learning pathway and allows experienced applicants over sixty-five or outside existing international lists, with national federations invited to nominate participants.
