Mena and Gonzalez claim their first title together
The Spanish pair recovered from a set down in the FIP Silver Wadi final.

Victor Mena and Marcos Gonzalez won their first CUPRA FIP Tour title as a partnership at the Silver Wadi Padel Tournament in Egypt. The Spanish pair collected the 80 FIP ranking points available after winning a three-set championship match.
They defeated Dylan Demian Cuello and Martin Abud 2-6, 6-4, 6-4, responding to a difficult opening set with two successful sets to finish the final. Mena entered following a semifinal appearance at the Bronze event in Doha, while Gonzalez was beginning his 2026 campaign.
The tour was scheduled to continue the following weekend with the FIP Silver Damac Dubai and a Bronze tournament in Morocco. Wadi El Natrun had hosted the pair’s successful Egyptian campaign.
