Amandine Mengin won the final women’s IBU Cup sprint of the season in Lake Placid in 21:50, hitting all ten targets. Samuela Comola finished second, 3.2 seconds behind after one miss, while Gro Randby took third at 13.4 seconds despite two shooting penalties.

Gaetan Paturel also shot clean to win the men’s race in 29:00.1. Ole Suhrke finished only one-tenth of a second behind with two misses, and Sverre Dahlen Aspenes completed the podium at eleven seconds. Paturel secured the sprint discipline trophy and extended his overall lead to eighty-six points.

Paula Botet finished forty-fourth but claimed the women’s sprint title and effectively secured the overall crown through points accumulated earlier in the winter.
