School archery championships open entries in California and Florida
Both state meetings will use qualification and elimination rounds on 4 April.

USA Archery opened registration for Olympic Archery in Schools state championships in California and Florida. Both competitions are scheduled for 4 April, at the Easton Archery Center of Excellence in Chula Vista and the Easton Newberry Archery Center respectively.
Middle and high school archers will compete in divisions reflecting age and experience: Program, Junior Varsity, Elite and Varsity. Each meeting includes thirty-arrow qualification followed by individual and team elimination rounds using an Olympic-style competition format.
Registration closes on 28 March. Participating schools must be registered OAS clubs, and competitors require current USA Archery memberships before entering. The state championships offer a route toward the OAS National Championships while giving students experience of structured individual and team competition within the school-based programme.
