Jason Tabansky and Karen Sternfeld were selected to represent the United States at the opening World Archery Para Series stage in Bangkok. The inaugural circuit begins with competition from 30 March to 4 April, followed by four further international stops.

Tabansky competes in W1 men as the world number one, following Paralympic gold in 2024 and world championship silver in 2025. He trained in Texas heat and described his involvement with the Americas para committee in advocating for the series.

Sternfeld enters recurve open women after mixed-team gold in Morelia and individual silver in Chicago. Six months in southern India gave her consistent outdoor practice at seventy metres, supported by weekly video reviews with her coach before returning to compete in Bangkok.
