Trapani beach handball finals expand to thirty-two teams
Sixteen men's and sixteen women's clubs will contest the June event in four-group formats.

EHF confirmed the fields and groups for the 2026 European Beach Handball Tour finals in Trapani. The competition will feature sixteen men's and sixteen women's teams from 18 to 21 June, increasing each category by two clubs compared with the previous edition.
Defending champions BHC Zagreb and CATS return to the respective men's and women's competitions. Each field is divided into four groups of four, with the top three in every opening group proceeding to two six-team main-round pools.
The leading four teams from each main-round group will enter the quarter-finals. Trapani also hosted the 2025 finals, while the upcoming event marks the fourth staging in Italy after earlier editions in Gaeta and Isola delle Femmine, adding continuity to the host programme.
